You can expect 1-3 days to install an Epoxy Flake/Grind & Seal and/or 100% Solids epoxy floor (typical for a job under 13,000 square feet.
Metallic Epoxy jobs will take 2-4 days for install.

For Flake Epoxy Floor/Grind and Seal or 100% Solids: you may walk on it the very next day. No hot tires for 3 full days, but you may pull a vehicle in from the driveway on day 2. You may place items such as: trash receptacle, refrigerator or plastic storage containers the very next day.
Metallic Epoxy jobs take 3 full days to cure/dry before you walk or put items on it.

Grind Floor, Vacuum, Basecoat, Apply floor (flake decorative chip or metallic etc.) then usually apply a clear topcoat such as polyaspartic or a satin finish.

Most epoxy floor finishes are at about 1/8” thick. It’s fairly thin yet offers a lovely, decorative coating.

Concrete is ideal, but epoxy can coat:
Tile (the thinner the grout the better)
Travertine, engineered hard wood, existing epoxy floor. Please call for specifics regarding your project.
